Hi, I'm Christopher Teel, A.B.D! I am a student at the University of Phoenix pursuing a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. My research study is about the Head Start program’s two-generation approach to learning. The purpose of the research study is to learn the perceptions and experiences of Head Start staff when implementing the two-generation approach to learning to support and foster family-school partnerships. The goal is to understand Head Start staff's challenges, insights, and motivations, associated with working with the parent population.

Eligibility requirements

1. All participants must be a member of Head Start Staff

2. Participant's program must be in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or The Bronx.
