This Track offers a place to explore how you respond to stress, how you hold space for others, and how you recover from emotional harm. You are not being asked to share everything, only to be real with yourself. Emotional Wealth supports every other Track because how we feel often shapes how we act. This is not a space for perfection. This is a space for presence, practice, and growth.
