Learners are invited to listen to their bodies, name their needs, and move at their own pace. Physical Wealth also examines how health is shaped by environment, access, and generational habits. We ask questions like, “What does wellness look like in your household?” and “How are you teaching your family to care for their bodies?” This Track supports healing and strength as part of legacy.
