Welcome to the Tracks

What happens when you reach adulthood and realize most of what you needed to know was never actually taught? You hear it all the time. People say, “They don’t teach us that in school.” Not how to build wealth. Not how to process emotions. Not how to set boundaries, raise families, or preserve legacy. Champion QU created the Legacy Lab as the initiative that took the initiative. Instead of waiting for the system to catch up, we built one that meets people where they are and moves with them as they grow.

This is a school, but not the kind you’re used to. This is designer education, built around the needs and realities of real people. We use culture, community, and lived experience to guide how we teach and how people learn. Each Track is part of a bigger blueprint. It is a pathway toward something we call holistic generational wealth. That means we are not just focused on money. We are focused on the full spectrum of what it takes to build a life, sustain a family, and strengthen a community.

We offer eight Tracks of Wealth. These include Monetary Wealth, which focuses on your relationship with money and building financial stability. Emotional Wealth, which helps you understand how to manage your feelings and create safety in your relationships. Intellectual Wealth, which encourages curiosity and the ability to think and teach with purpose. Spiritual Wealth, which invites you to explore your sense of peace and direction. Cultural Wealth, which celebrates your identity, roots, and expression. Physical Wealth, which centers the body and how you care for it. Social Wealth, which teaches the importance of relationships and support systems. And Historical Wealth, which honors the stories, names, and patterns that brought us to where we are today.

Everything in this school is designed to help people of all ages engage in meaningful growth. We call it human capital development, but what that really means is helping people discover and develop what they already carry. The Legacy Lab is your space to reflect, apply, and rewrite the stories we have been handed. Each Track below offers a focused area of study with lessons, resources, and reflections you can return to over time. Explore them in any order. Come back as often as you need. You are not behind. You are just getting started.
